Other agents valued the property at lower prices including one £170,000 below the price achieved. They reported regularly on sales progress, followed the sale through and help with areas outside their immediate role (eg house clearance being organised) to ensure that the sale completed. A job well done. An excellent result.

I think it's fair to say that all agents have buyers in this market but it takes unique marketing and the skill and endeavors of commited staff to get such a fantastic result such as £170,000 extra!!
