Would use Douglas Allen again, I has my flat on the market for 3 months with another agent and after months of no viewers I had a chat with Gregory at the Chingford branch who informed me that he had waiting buyers for my flat. Glen came round and valued my home and was very honest about price and what he felt I needed to be marketed at to sell. That same day James came to my flat with the same buyer Greg talked about the day before, sure enough by 6pm that day my flat was sold for the full asking price.

The sale was not as smooth as I may have liked with house I was buying up the chain however James and Chelsea worked hard to make it work for me.

Overall friendly down to earth staff who are willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure I could move.

Dear Sean, Thank you for your pleasing comments about the team at Chingford, our aim is always to get our sellers the best posilbe price and with our marketing we more often than not achieve this. Lts face it £20,000 is a lot of money !!!! ...
