At first we had our property on the market with an established well known branded agent from the Walton/Weybridge area as I did not know of Newboulds being established. However, time had passed and we had not secured a tenant. We engaged with Leah around the 7th week period with the original agent and within a week Leah (Newboulds) had a tenant for our property. Throughout the entire process of dealing with Leah I found her to be most polite, friendly, efficient and professional in her business. She kept us informed of every step of the journey advising us of progress and where applicable additional things we needed to consider. I found this particularly beneficial as we were moving overseas and with Leah (close by) felt our property was in great hands, reassured that we could leave the UK knowing the outstanding business of welcoming the new tenant into the property would be completed and successful. With the property fully managed by Leah and Barry we have had full confidence in them to undertake remedial jobs as required to the property and ensure issues are promptly resolved.
