Nicola Hunter actually encouraged us into viewing the above property that we subsequently went on to buy. We had originally discounted it, but Nicola saw the vision of what it could become and our past history of doing up properties, so thought we were ideal potential buyers.
From the very beginning of our search, Nicola went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in our search. She was always polite, very friendly, informative and kept us in touch every step of the process.
The Freshwater branch actually listened to our specific criteria, liaised with all the other branches as we travelled down from Yorkshire for a week long visit to view shortlisted properties, therefore, saving valuable time and effort for a potential customer. Out of all the estate agents we dealt with, Nicola and Emma were the best by a long mile and were professional throughout.
We would hope you would reward such forward thinking members of staff who are undoubtedly a positive asset to Pittis. You should do everything within your power to keep hold of these members of staff and reward them accordingly.

Emma was very professional and conscientious, dealing with our sale and subsequent problems with the vendor's solicitor and our tenants.
She organised the clearance and cleaning of the property, and kept permanently in touch and reassuring during a very stressful time.
