First of all can I state we bought and sold through Thomas Morris as the option above does not allow to mark both, this may be something you add.
We actually offered on a property before buying in Station Rd, unfortunately the owner could not find what they wanted.
Ali was very attentive and understood what we wanted, when it was clear we would not get our original property she suggested Station Rd which we had disregarded from the particulars, as I say Ali understood what we needed which was room to extend and pushed for us to view, I would like to add at this point she knows her job and what her clients want we offered within 48 hours.
The deal threatened to collapse within 48 hours, Ali and the branch rescued the deal and I feel at this stage Ali was with us on what had been an emotional and rollercoaster ride up to now she deserved the call to let us know all was ok.
At contract stage I had to ask Ali to help as solicitors are bound by code of conduct and she was brilliant at pushing the deal on to completion, the Ramsey branch worked hard and everyone helped.
It has taken time and a lot of emotion to move which we finally did on the 18th October, I would like to thank the Ramsey branch and in particular Ali for their support, suggestions and help in selling and finding our new home, Ali is professional she cares and is a credit both to the industry and Thomas Morris, it is clear she loves her job.
