From the moment we registered an interest to buy in Shanklin, Jo has been in touch throughout the whole process. We found all her advice to be valuable and she was extremely supportive of us as different issues arose. She was always prompt with her replies. On completion day she even made it her responsibility to make keys available for us at her office although the property was for sale through the Ryde office. This assisted us greatly on the big day. She was also extremely polite and professional with us.
Simon from the Ryde office showed us around the property a number of times and was polite and professional throughout. Knowing that there were difficulties establishing contact with the vendors and knowing that we had increased an earlier offer Simon saw the vendor out in Bembridge while he was there on other business. He took the intitiative to speak with the vendor to advise them of our increased offer and that was later accepted by them. Without Jo and Simon we would never have purchased this property where we are now absolutely delighted to be living. Thankyou.

Pittis' fees aren't fixed. They'll get as much as they can out of you according to whatever you're ready to agree on.
