I had the pleasure dealing with a lovely lady called Anita Kaur, Carl and Andrew in the closing stages of
the sale of my property, I also dealt with thier in-house solicitors Baines and Partners. I have to say from start to finish they have been absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise them enough. They kept me informed of exacltly what was going on throughout the sale, Andrew has just been great. I certainly do not mind paying them thier fee. So from me to you, thank you so much. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you all.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.

Some issues we face with bank re-possession sales is a lack of information to start with, as the sellers selling were not the owners and represents the bank.
