The above toilet door as you mention was broken through by yourself after unfortunately being locked inside after a lock failure. The Landlord on this occasion was very impractical in moving forward to replace the damaged door, for which we do apologize but we are at the mercy of the Landlord and his decision on his property.
The communal washing facilities have been vandalized time again by people trying to obtain money from the coin operated system, thus spoiling this great feature of the block for abiding tenants.
The Landlord reserves the right to have these fixed at great cost after several instances arising from vandalism, which we feel he is completely justified in this case.
