I find it difficult to leave a negative response to this because I found iMove to be friendly and they helped me get a place to live when I was in a tight spot, but when the toilet door in the flat that had a large hole in it after I had to break through it due to lock failure wasn't replaced after 9 months and numerous emails I feel justified in being a bit annoyed. Now iMove did apologize on my leaving the flat and explained that they must be given authorization from the Landlord before replacing such things as toilet doors. I would have preferred to have been told this in the first place rather than all those months down the line. The communal washing machines were also useless for many months up until my leaving, incapable of draining properly. Again, I did mention this and was informed shortly afterwards that the machine at fault was fixed. It wasn't fixed and it wasn't the only broken machine!
What agent could do to change your mind?
The Agent should have been more involved with solving my problems with the flat.

Hello and thank you for your comments.
The above toilet door as you mention was broken through by yourself after unfortunately being locked inside after a lock failure. The Landlord on this occasion was very impractical in moving forward to replace the damaged door, for which we do apologize but we are at the mercy of the Landlord and his decision on his property.
The communal washing facilities have been vandalized time again by people trying to obtain money from the coin operated system, thus spoiling this great feature of the block for abiding tenants.
The Landlord reserves the right to have these fixed at great cost after several instances arising from vandalism, which we feel he is completely justified in this case.
