I have found Wolf's to be fantastic. I first looked at properties with them before Christmas, but went with another lettings agent (who were less than fantastic) and then six months later when I was looking for a new place, I was pleasantly surprised that James remembered me. The level of customer service has always been exceptional - quick service, fast response to emails, queries, concerns, always in a friendly and welcoming manner. I have always found them to be upfront and honest and quick to respond which is exactly what you look for in your lettings agent.

Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to send this in.We really do pride ourselves on customer service and a friendly,professional approach to residential lettings.All too often people are eager to complain but only rarely do clients take the trouble to say "thank you"

Treated me like a human being. I am a young professional, not DSA, never missed a payment or rent and yet I was treated like dirt. The impression very much was they took my money and wanted nothing more than to sit at their desks. BY NOT BEING DECEITFUL WOULD BE A START, THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED IF YOU CLOSE! ALSO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MUCH EASIER WHEN YOU ARE NOT RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, AND TRY OFFERING A SERVICE THAT ALLEGEDLY YOU SPECIALISE IN, IE ATTENDING TO PROPERTY MATTERS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME, IE LESS THAN 6 MONTHS
