This agent is trying to extract more fees than they are entitled.
After finding a tenant for their fee, who was then happy with staying in the property for longer than the original year's contract, the system they followed was to give the tenant notice without my permission, so they could ensure another fee for renewal, despite the fact that I had already agreed to pay another fee on renewal. I paid this fee and drew up a new long term contract withe tenant. Despite this after another year they have tried to get yet another fee out of me. Recommend that both tenants and landlords avoid this agent like the plague.

Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for signing a new contract to stay for another year. Every time I got a phone call to say it was ready to sign I went in, only to be told it was not ready!!!!! This happened 3times I just can't believe how little communication goes on within this complaint.
