I was so pleased with Ward and Partners from the moment I picked up the phone in response to an email I had sent enquiring about a property. The reply was immediate, and I was shown around the property the same day. I am very happy with the way Estelle handled everything, she made the process very stress free and I was moved in quickly without any problems. Estelle went above and beyond to help me and still has until this day. I would definatley be using Ward and Partners again.

Given the choice, we would not rent/buy through this agent again. Once customer lost for good, due to the issues mentioned above.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
