Dexters Estate Agents opened my eyes to a new level of incompetence and ineptitude. I find it hard to believe these characters are still in business. Having come into contact with a ridiculous number of sleazy Estate Agents in London and scraping the bottom of the barrel with Bellgravia (which left me feeling like I needed a shower).
I was surprised to discover a whole new low with Dexters. Never mind being able to arrange anything, just when you thought interacting with this dis-organisation couldn't get any more absurd they somehow continue to manage in lowering the bar another notch, ensuring that any remaining confidence you have in their ability (against better judgement) well and truly dissipates.
Either the industry is need of some sort of ethical/moral regulatory body or if one exists they certainly aren't doing their job and dealing with Dexters just highlighting this for me. The sad thing is I'll have to continue dealing with Agents and continue to adhere to their questionable practises and know that nothing will ever get done about it. I look forward to the day that the new Government starts looking into Estate Agents like they did Pay Day Lending companies and the banking PPI schemes. They are all on the same unscrupulous level.
Of course some of you reading this will think can they really be that bad. Yes! Use at your own peril or only if you are in the mood for cheering up and want to be entertained by these jokers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
