My partner and I currently live in London and chose Jordan Fishwick to manage the sale of our property in Manchester. We were really impressed from the very first contact with the office's partner Richard, who came to measure up the property and take us step-by-step through the process ahead. Everything was easy to understand with no hidden charges and very competitive rates. The marketing of the property was great. They even came out on multiple occasions due to overcast weather to get the best shots of the property.
Byron handled the day-to-day viewings and management of the property. He recommended good local solicitors that the office had an existing relationship and was always available to give feedback on viewings and answer questions. We got an offer almost straight away which was close to expectations but Byron managed to negotiate a better price for us.
The process then passed to Gary who managed the relationship between the two sets of solicitors and drove the sale through to completion. Gary was really efficient and always available. All instructions were passed on without delay.
We couldn't have been happier with the whole process and would highly recommend Jordan Fishwick who are working hard to give estate agents a great name.

The checkout report carried out had to take a certain amount of wear & tear into consideration. This is due to the tenant being in residence for 20 months and the property not being new when the tenant moved in. Items such as scratches on flooring, small marks on kitchen cupboards & marks on walls would all be unreasonable to charge from a tenants deposit.
