Due to current state of the property market, it took about a year to sell this property.
However, the agency did about 80 viewings of the property during this period and kept me updated both by phone and email with any prospective purchasers.
I also received all the help and advice i needed in order to improve the likelihood of selling the property.
At all times i was dealt with promptly and courteously by the staff, and always found them friendly and helpful. They have in-depth knowledge of the property market in the ramsey area and i don't believe i could have had a better service from any of the other agents in ramsey.
