Really good experience with Fiona. She proactively rang to let us know that the property we had enquired about previously had come back on the market to rent. She was sympathetic to our difficulty in viewing the property immediately and was helpful in allowing a friend to view. When I was able to view the property at very short notice she re-arranged her schedule to facilitate my viewing. And was very kind in arranging for Ann to transport me to and from the property when I arrived by train from London (saving me the cost of hiring a car). Fiona was understanding and helpful when we explained the timescales for moving and worked with the other Bradley's office and the landlord to process our application and re-arrange work on the property so we could move in quickly.
When we arrived the inventory by Ann was very thorough and easy to understand.
We had a slight disappointment that the dishwasher had not been plumbed in and the fire alarm was still beeping but this was sorted within the week,
When we recently asked about the timescales of the workmen outside, we had a very swift response from Adele at the other office.
Thought overall it was great service. Thanks very much, we love the flat.
