Genuinely the worst lettings company I have ever communicated with.
We moved in, in August and still have broken desks, chairs, a heating problem in the en-suite room, broken hoovers, a faulty washing machine and up until recently a single fridge for 6 people (it was only replaced 3 months after constant complaining). One of the bathrooms toilets leaked for weeks, we called the 24/7 handyman that they work with who acknowledged it needed fixing however the company did nothing. After following up, they told us to lift up the lever every time we flushed.
If you call to complain about an issue, they give the same rote response that they are very busy, or the person you need to speak to is off sick, or running late. They simply don't care about their tenants and I just had the receptionist HANG UP on me, after saying that we shouldn't have followed up on a problem. Once you sign the contract their tone completely changes. Mike makes constant excuses and tries to justify their inadequacies. Do not get me started on Chris, who is unable to act professional and really shouldn't be answering phones.
Its disgusting that they take advantage of their student tenants. If you're paying for a furnished property, the things shouldn't be broken. Perhaps have your staff go through training on how to communicate properly.
DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! You will regret it. Everything looks beautiful but is either broken, or will break apart.

We are disappointed to read your comments and we apologise for your experience. We are aware of the circumstances of your situation but want to stress that the problem wasn't structural.
Our contractors did attend the property when the leak was reported but were denied entry by yourself until after the council had visited. Unfortunately this took a month, in which time the problem had worsened.

We're disappointed to hear this tenant felt they had such a negative experience with us.
It's hard to give a personal and full response to this tenant as we are unable to identify them from the comments left. All we can do is apologise if the feel they didn't get the service they expected and use the feedback to improve our service in the future.

We are fully aware of this tenant's experience and we've spent a lot of time handling this case.
We're sorry that she feels she had such poor service from us but as far as we are concerned, all protcol was followed and the necessary steps were taken with regards to maintenance issues, the check-out process and deposit dispute.
