In tough market conditions and with very few properties selling on our street we were unsure how long our house would be on the market and indeed if it would sell at all! After seeing a number estate agents we decided to go with Preston Baker. Gareth clearly talked us through the whole marketing process and he was confident we could achieve a sale at the top end of our asking price. Our house went on the market on Friday and by the following Tuesday we had accepted a good offer - only one day after the For Sale sign went up!

Omar dealt with the sale and he was excellent throughout the whole sale process, keeping in contact with us, our buyer, solicitor and our buyers solicitor almost daily to ensure the sale went through. It was not unusual to receive emails from Omar or Gareth in their own time after the office had closed updating us on the days events. When things did become stressful and worrying Gareth was available to chat with at the office even after the normal closing time to offer advice and renew our confidence in the sale.

I would not hesitate in instructing Preston Baker again / on a future sale and appreciate all the help and support they have given throughout the sale process.
