Hello there,

I'm writing this feedback, because I used to be a tenant of one of the properties listed at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward for 3 years. My tenancy finished on the 30 of July 2013. Since then I was trying to contact the Landlord to release my deposit, but unfortunately I had no response from him. In the mean time I have being in contact with Victoria Saunders - Lettings Negotiator from KF&H and I can tell you that she is the most efficient Lettings Negotiator that I ever came across in 10 years that I am living in UK. She is polite, understanding always reply the e-mails and from my personal experience, she is a honesty person. She done the impossible to contact the landlord and this morning I receive her email telling me the good news! She made my day. If it wasn't for her professionalism and dedication I could be still waiting for my deposit.
So please I wish that Victoria can get the recognition that she deserves.
