First of all you secure the rental property with admin charges of £240 and thats the biggest scam, we had to chase up our own references, set up our own bills which they told us they would and they couldnt tell us who our electric provider were. Staff always promised us to return phone calls etc but never did, i would be on the phone to the guy and you would hear him tapping his pen unpatiently. Rude, anything to get you off the phone. You can forget about any help if the secretary is not in. It came to the day of the move and they told us we did not pay the rent and deposit which was paid 3 weeks prior. Unessacary worry as they found it 20 mins later. Total waste of time. Would not recomend estate agents if i could sum it up in 3 words. Lazy. Scammers. Unproffesional. I just wish we knew this before but we live and learn. Oh and they never sent us a tenancy agreement which we had nagged for. And any excuse to take some of your deposit. Infuriates me these people get away with this.

Thank you for you comments, how one can ascertain that a viewer is 'a waster' in its self is a little difficult for one to understand. Someone who takes the time to contact the agent arrange to go & see the property would in most cases be genuine. Even myself with 25 years experience can not justify a statemant like this. With regards to feedback we in all cases follow up the viewing within 24 hours as it is vital to determine whether or not any interest is there to pick up on as well as any par ...

This is an untrue review; we act on a ;no sale no fee' basis so it is not rocket science to work out that if we do not sell property we do not get paid it is as simple as that.
Having won 'Swindons best Estate Agent' by the readers of the Swindon Advertiser is an accolade were words are not needed.
