I've had a great experience selling my property in Loughton via Douglas Allen.
As a first time seller I was hesitant about which agent to use, but had heard good reviews about this particular branch and the team from friends and family who had bought and sold through them in the past. They were immediately welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgable which made me feel confident and at ease. They were excellent at keeping in contact, arranging regular viewings and providing me with feedback from each prospective buyer. I am happy to say that my property sold for a fantastic price, a little more than I was expecting - so overall I'm a very happy customer and would thoroughly recommend this agent to anybody I know who is looking to sell their property in the near future.
