It is unfortunate when a tenant experiences problems when they first move in. Allen Goldstein endeavour to do everything in their power to ensure it is as smooth as possible. However there are some things that are out of our hands. But, naturally agents get blamed for all sort of mishaps and quite easily the good things that we do are quickly forgotten.
It is common practice throughout the industry to have the Tenancy Agreement signed before any keys can be released. An administration charge is payable for the purpose of administering your whole "move in process". Tenants are advised from start to finish which property is available to let, the specifications of the property and whether any utilities are included. It is ridiculous to say that Allen Goldstein, or any agent, will show one property and then "pressure you" into another.
