Rob Wight was very knowledgeable about local market and wider economic conditions in housing market. Detailed legal knowledge eg requirement to complete a statutory declaration. Excellent communication with 3rd parties eg my purchaser's solicitor. Pro- active communications with me, my purchaser and both sets of solicitors. The last few week's were rather tense with one legal hold- up after another and he was calm, knowledgeable, reassuring and thoroughly professional throughout. I found the whole JF team, including Part time Saturday staff approachable, keen ands 'genned up'. I had every confidence that whatever arose Rob and the team would deal with it. I have warmly recommended them to family and friends.

What agent could do to change your mind?
There is nothing you can do to help me change my mind about how I feel. I explained at the start that I am ill and should avoid stress. I was quite frankly very frightened and lost a lot of sleep. Thank goodness for the young lady that got my exasperated call that afternoon and understood and helped me. I feel sure that if she had dealt the whole way through it might have been a different story. I'm so glad it's all over.
