When thinking about advertising my property I sought advice from approximately 6-7 agents in Worcester. These included all the 'big names', having been recommended Nicol & Co I thought I would see what they had to offer. Nathan from Nicol & Co was about the 5th agent to visit me for a valuation. I found him very pleasant, honest and have me what I felt was reliable advice about how to best sell my property. Having met with him I even complemented their manager on him. Needless to say the following week I decided to advertise my house with them.

I advertised my house on the Tuesday and it was sold STC by the Saturday. I got the price I was looking for and did not feel at any point under pressure to settle for something lower.

I would also like to compliment all the other helpful staff at Nicol & Co, especially Rachael! I actually got locked out of my house one Sunday night and she came out at 9.30pm to open up the office so I could access my spare key! I know not many other agents would have been so accommodating!

If you want a good, honest reliable service, I recommend Nicol & Co.

As above. To whom it may concern. I move my business to Nichol & Co November, 2014 as I was abroad at that time. My former letting agent had business troubles and was failing miserably in managing the property such as letting to unvetted tenants and late payments of monies received. Initially, Jo then Robert took over the account and I had an immediate improvement. The tenant (who was sourced by my former agent) left the house in a unletable state and in rent arrears. Nichol & Co (Robert) was helpful and sympathetic to my plight. Robert aided me greatly with the return of the deposit from DPS. Robert always displays a professional, friendly and reassuring manner to the problems at hand. I am more than pleased with professional and friendly service provide by Nichol & Co at the Worcester office and Robert in particular. Should the reader want a company that does things rather than talk about doing things then Nichol & Co is for you. Yours faithfully, Raymond Small.
