I found John D Wood in Wimbledon to be extremely effective and efficient. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with and found me a tenant within a week! I will be using them agian.

Dreadful company that used to be good but has changed a lot.....probably as a result of those demon Venture Capital Investors. Basically this is now based on a similar business model to that other company that has all the minis (but probably worse). They were given our property to market for... Read Full Review
They have changed the terms of the contract from monthly to annual fees without agreeing this with us. They have deducted two annual fees and won\'t respond to my emails about this. Very soon this will be a legal issue.

I honestly hate dealing with John D Wood. I have been a tenant in the same property for 4 years and continually struggle to get any repairs carried out in the property. The agent misled us from the start, was unprofessional and made many errors in correspondence. For example, the agent said that the exchange had to happen in one week - our solicitor said this was not possible as it takes longer than that to undertake local searches. John D. More professional and honest. Instead I feel cheated and that I have wasted a lot of energy in a sale which upon reflection I think was never going to go ahead from the beginning.
