I recently sold my property via Douglas Allen Dalston branch and I have to say they were superb throughout the whole process. I initially dealt with Dav who was head and shoulders better then any other agent I dealt with he managed to sell my property within 2 days of it being on the market and for over the asking price. After accepting the offer i dealt with Andrew who was very helpful and quick to reply to my messages. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody looking to sell or buy a property.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.

Some issues we face with bank re-possession sales is a lack of information to start with, as the sellers selling were not the owners and represents the bank.
