I bought my property using Douglas Allen and found them to be excellent. Dev was very professional, polite and always kept me informed about the process and returned my calls promptly. He was on top of the transaction and was also good at chasing up the solicitors so all in all my purchase went smoothly and quickly so made the process stress free.

I would recommend using Douglas Allen given their professional and excellant service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.

Some issues we face with bank re-possession sales is a lack of information to start with, as the sellers selling were not the owners and represents the bank.
