From the very beginning Simon gave us the assurance that he would do his best and he absolutely did. We sold our properties so quickly and it was all down to him and his marketing techinique. On top of being professional, friendly and supportive, he is 'normal'; like the rest of us (and he drives a Mini!!) Chelsey Baldwin is an absolute star and deserves a medal for the trauma both she and myself went through when our original buyer pulled out but hey presto, three days later our property had a new buyer. I would thoroughly recommend these guys, you would be mad not to :)

Sue, I really appreciate the feedback above, this shows that as Estate Agents we always try to go the extra mile by ensuring we are human and do deliver on the promises given. I am sure the marketing techinques not only helped yourselves, but can really stand our properties out from the competition, not only gaining a sale for the clients, but also achieving the best possible price. Unfortunatly as you found there will be occassions that other clients let us all down, however I am really pleased to see we swung straight back into action and gained you another sale without delay.
