We got a great sell when we appointed Bridgfords however the reality was sadly different , we asked for purchasers to be vetted but this was translated to you can only view the house if you see our mortgage broker
We had an offer which they failed to pass on to us ( A breach of the law as well as their professional standards) We lost a sale as we were away for 2 weeks and only heard of the offer as we had a frustrated letter pushed through our letter box by the couple who had put forward the offer )

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just be professional , do the job they are paid hansomely to complete Communication was poor and the complaint was simply handled by kicking upstairs with no effort at resolution.Attached Filesnbsp;
