Suffice to say, using them makes going to prison seem like a smooth, efficient, and stress free endeavour.
Statements they made about the Law of England and Wales were plainly false. They lied about what was written in the contract after I had signed.

I found them amazingly incompetent when I used them as an estate agent. They seem to manage to mess up even the simplest of things. They never gave me 24 hours notice when arranging viewings for my apartment and one time after I had refused them ...
