Kevin has been a breath of fresh air..he has been friendly,enthusiastic,helpful and professional.We dealt with other estate agents before Ward & Co and were appalled with their service...mostly indifferent ,unhelpful and certainly not friendly.Kevin kept us up to date with properties to view..and after a short time told us about the property which we have now bought.All of the staff in the Bearsted Office are very nice but we do feel that Kevin deserves a special mention.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer the phone occaisionally Call customers back when you say you will. The price range is 100% annoying and unproductive 2 members of staff per branch are allowd to handle offers - they are never available - rediculous. Agents showing properties are clueless as to the basic features of properties and surrounding areas.Attached Filesnbsp;
