I've always been wary of estate agents based on past experience, however it had to happen as we decided to let our flat. Mishion Mackay were recommended to us by a neighbour, so we didn't go to anyone else. From our first contact with Jenna, she was honest, up front, professional and genuine which put me at ease. We instantly had a good working relationship. There was never any pressure, they let me be, which I liked, only contacting me when I requested information. Once we got things moving and started to market the property they stayed in touch. I dealt with Jenna's colleague Nancy when Jenna was on holiday and the service remained consistently good, with excellent communication and genuine service.

Once a tenant was chosen, Jordan was my main contact. As above Jordan was excellent to work with and patient. I have 2 young children and so I was gently reminded of things and they didn't have an issue with me calling several times a week to check things out, as this is my first time as a landlord.

All recommended suppliers for cleaning etc. were excellent. All came in with lower quotes than I'd managed to source and their suppliers all fondly referred to MM. I can understand why so many people have such great stuff to say about them.

I would recommend using them to anyone in the Brighton area. They are very professional, friendly and genuine people.
