The agents were very patient with a lengthily sale and helped to push through various bits with the mortgage, solicitor and vendor. They also let me look round the property loads of times, even after my offer was accepted, and after I had exchanged. Overall, very helpful and one of the more genuine sales teams I have come across in Hackney.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.

Some issues we face with bank re-possession sales is a lack of information to start with, as the sellers selling were not the owners and represents the bank.
