We'd been in the market for a few weks with no success - all apartments seemingly missing that little touch or detail. Alex initially showed us one apartment, then immediately gained short-notice access to a second one in the same night and then, having had the time to relate to our needs, contacted us the next day and offered an apartment which was in all respects what we had been searching for in vain. Couldn't fault the service and for me Alex (and Matt) goes that extra yard to deliver a top rate service. Would recommend Alex in particular to any of our colleagues.
