When you went into the property the new gas central heating was in process of being put in, unfortunately we had to rely on dates from the company as to when they could put the pipe work in the property from the road, as there was no gas in situ we had to start from scratch. The paperwork for this does take a few months and is out of our control. We then had to get the gas man into the property to put the pipework in, the radiators and the boiler and then had to get this connected. The new gas central heating is now installed (and has been since mid December 2013) and we hope that you are happy with this, that you are not cold, have hot water and that your bills will be cheaper for you.

The property was never advertised with the white goods and just because previous tenants have these items in situ at the time of the viewing does not mean that they will be staying. If you had asked us then we would have been able to confirm this information to you.

If you were not happy with the inventory then you could discuss this with us and we would have noted this down and if you send the photographs to us then we can put them with your inventory and with the photographs that we have already on your file.
