The Franklyn James Agents were extremely helpful, even when I had queries out of office hours'. They were very encouraging, though the market was slow at the time of my sale. They got me the money I asked for and got me a buyer for my property within two weeks of it going on the market. They know how to match the prospective buyers' with the properties. Their professional manner was evident from the outset and they were efficient in all their dealings with me, they also introduced me to a local solicitor to finalise my sale. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

FJ fees were more competitive than some of the larger chains. Tarkan also put together an incentive plan should we not reach certain price thresholds and periods on the market. In the end these were not necessary as the flat sold very quickly for a price we were delighted with and therefore Tarkan fully deserved his fees. We were considering selling the flat ourselves through an online portal but I think Tarkan has worked very hard on our behalf to get us to exchange of contracts, something that is probably underestimated is just how much time and effort this takes. Tarkan also got us a better price than we could have negotiated ourselves as I think having a middle man to hide my rubbish poker face was important.
