Jeff provided a very professional, efficient and friendly service. He really knew what he was talking about, he appreciated the strengths of the property I was selling and the sort of buyer who would be suitable. He valued the property higher than some other agents who might have been looking for an easy sale. He arranged plenty of viewings at which I did not need to be present. The property was sold promptly and achieved the asking price. The agents fees were also very reasonable in comparison to the other estate agents I spoke to. A surprisingly good experience!
