Firstly let me say that in 40 years of buying & selling houses i have met a lot of estate agents few have impressed but of those that have Sam & Tina have stood out both in terms of historical comparison and more particularly in comparison to the other agents we have dealt with whilst looking in the Kemp Town/Brighton/Hove area.

I called in on spec - Sam immediately understood the type of thing we were looking for - which was not straight forward and only ever recommended appropriate viewings.
Tina accompanied us to a few properties- including the one we eventually purchased as was head and shoulders above other agents.
Once we decided to make an offer Sam did a great job of mediating between buyer & seller. From then on Tina & Sam were proactive chasing solicitors on both sides ( they needed it ! ) and were also very helpful in dealing with other professionals - surveyors etc.
The buyer should be happy - he got completion when he needed it , we spent much more than we intended but are thrilled at the outcome.
In short - they were both great & if we need to sell at some future stage we will be looking for Sam & Tina.
