Absolutely diabolical service as managing agent.
Slow to no communication and an apparent reluctance to send proper written letters by post. Took months to send an intruductory letter.
Falsely claimed documentation had not been received by the correct party when it has been evidenced that it had, and was sent as per their own instruction.
Wrongly billed me and refuse to admit it.
Have repeatedly harassed me for payment and continually failed to issue the bill to the correct party.
Failure to maintain accurate/up to date records and still send letters addressed to the previous tenant which I cannot open.
They are really stingy and despite the tenants having put in their shares to the service account Fell Reynolds refuse to use this money to meet reasonable requests of the tenants, yet take a massive cut of the service accounts for themselves.
Much failure to act accurately, professionally or reasonably or to be co-operative has resulted in lots of issue for me which I will not to go into in detail. I have had to get solicitors involved.
Seem intent on dragging out resolutions for longer than is necessary seemingly just for the sake of it.
Failed to meet their responsibilities as managing agents with regards to the tenants requests and have breached the lease contract.
In my opinion, they are useless as managing agents, take a blase approach to their job and could not be less interested in improving the property as per the tenants/leaseholders requests.
I have had to bring my complaints to a higher authority regarding this managing agent, since they are failing to do their job adequately.
And their adequacy as managing agent is being seriously re-considered. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. You do NOT want to be stuck with them.The reviews say it all!
