The visit to the flat was quickly arranged, in the day after the first contact, and after I decided to rent the flat Pam provided a complete support in the process to become a tenant, sending me via email all the necessary documents to fill and steps to take.
Pam answered quickly to my emails and was able to complete the letting process before the end of my Hotel stay, allowing me to move to the flat at the right time.
After the end of the process, Pam continues to provide support to some issues and doubts.
