Pip Estate Agents have been an absolute nightmare. I was looking to rent a property which was being advertised through Pip Estate Agents. I contacted them atleast once a day, every day for a week to try to get in touch with the property manager to no avail. I was informed that the property manager did not work for Pip but was friends with the director hence. Therefore I could not complain because it would get nowhere. Finally I told them I wanted to reserve the property to then suddenly get a call from the mysterious property manager. His opening sentence simply asked 'Are you serious about reserving the property?'. I would seriously reconsider letting or renting from this estate agent. If it took me a week to get in touch with the property manager, how is anyone supposed to find renters or alternatively, how are people renting going to efficiently get in touch with the property manager when something goes wrong. Absolute shambles. When put through to the 'lead sales negotiator' after calling every day for the whole week, I received no apology just that he would contact the mysterious 'Andy'. I must add that when 'Andy' called me back he claimed that he was given the wrong name and number.... over five times by the team at Pip Estate Agents. Very Likely.... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
