The sales rep showed us around a flat before that even he admitted was so bad he did not know why it was on the market as it was in such a mess. The second property seen at a later date with the same "sales agent" was better. Still the agent arrived late, with no key. He had to get one cut from the caretaker who did a better job at selling the place. Spoke with this bloke at great length long after the "sales agent" had sped off to his next appointment.
Showed a slight interest in the flat and put in a low offer. Then got badgered in a vain attempt by them to raise our offer to trigger a bidding war. So put off never visited one of their properties since.
