If our previous landlord/letting agent were 4/10, then comfort lettings are 11/10. They have been so helpful with the whole moving in process, quick email replies and friendly attitude. When you move in they give you a welcome pack which has all the information you need to know, and any contact numbers and what to do in an emergency. It's like living in a hotel.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
