I visited the Loughton branch today to speak with Gavin Welch. I found Gavin to be extremely easy to speak to and very professional. His knowledge was second to none and I very much hope to deal with him in the near future
After speaking with Gavin i had a chat with Cales Stephenson who I again found extremely friendly and very knowledgable. I gave him all my details and I look forward to hearing from him
