From the moment i viewed the property with Victoira i fell in love with it. I put in offer gladly it was accepted.
Then it was all systems go i mainly corresponded with Jodie as she is the sales negotiaterM As i had not before experienced selling/buying before. Jodie explained to me step by step all what was to happen and what should happen. I spoke to Jodie nearly everyday she kept me informed with everything.
I can honestly say i had no problems with this ward & Partners and i would use them again and would recommend a friend 10/10

We are first time buyer and have viewed a few properties through ward and partners. From what you are saying I can totally understand due to the way we are being treated presently by a branch in Kent near us. In comparison to other agents who are very helpful and always calling to check in, from what I have experienced of ward and partners so far is a shambles with no customer service towards us.
