I would thoroughly recommend Dean & Co. Portslade. Ben and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, and I feel I built a great rapport with them over the last 6 months. Their Customer Service is impeccable, they are easy to contact and always return calls promptly. If they said they would do something, it would be done, quickly and efficiently; they are extremely reliable. Buying a house can be VERY stressful, however, through all the trials and tribulations, Ben (the manager), was reassuring and was very attentive, and I grew to trust his experience & judgement. Our buying experience was like an emotional rollercoaster, with lots of challenges & disappointments along the way, however, we are in our new house now and I think I would have given up a long time ago if it wasn't for Ben's support. When the time comes to move again, I will certainly be returning to Dean & Co. A HUGE THANK YOU to the 'Dean & Co. Portslade Posy'....I can't praise you highly enough!! :o)

I have to say I am completely shocked by this anonymous and misleading review. The introduction of ‘The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991’ was put in place to stop estate agents making misleading comments about a property, therefore legally there are certain words that we cannot use to describe a property.
