Professional marketing and decent photos made a big difference compared to other agents. Whereas some agents merely describe the property and then add terrible photos, Wards marketing material explained why you might actually want to buy the property. Using a proper photographer also made all the difference to the photos.

Interactions with Wards were professional and courteous and we appreciated their flexible approach to conducting viewings when we weren't available.

All in all very satisfied. A lower fee might have been nice, but perhaps you get what you pay for. Wards are certainly in a different class to some of the other slippery weasels in the market, not least one other large national chain whose name probably shouldn't be mentioned, now matter how much we'd like to name and shame them.
