I have been extremely pleased with the service that Jamie Snell and Dawlish Fulfords offered. The property had been on the market with another agent for 18 months, so I hoped a fresh agency would kick start some interest. I found Jamie a little overpowering at first, as he was so passionately keen and full of facts and figures, but my initial fears were completely dispelled when several viewings led to an offer within a fortnight. All through the process Jamie worked hard on my behalf, keeping me well informed on progress and regular updates on the legal side. When a few hurdles needed to be overcome with solicitors, he dealt with it immediately and efficiently. Jamie and his colleagues were always happy to give me time when I phoned and I felt they earned their fee. Despite his youth, Jamie is professional, capable and personable.
