An absolutely appauling company, AVOID at all costs!!! If you fancy living in a house with several hazardous maintenance issues which fail time and time again to be acknowleged despite NUMEROUS attempts (and when I say numerous, I mean countless times from every tenant in the house over a period of several weeks) eventually solving issues through legal means and don't really fancy getting your deposit back unless you actively claw it back through help of a solicitors advice then this is the company for you (and still now awaiting some money and contact several months after tenancy ended)! If you revel in being ignored consistently, which poses a health issue in itself as you may pass out from shock if any of your many contact attempts/visits to the office are acknowledged (moon falling out of the sky would be a more common occurence), then please feel free to pick Pavilion as your number one letting agent. I will warn you as a former student who experienced much stress in my final year on account of this agency, DO NOT USE!!! Think of Pavilion as a faulty toilet, the more you try and flush...I don't even need to finish that sentence. AVOID!!!

NB Experience extremely similar to Jam 300's, I share your sheer frustration!
