In the whole we found Douglas Allen as an agency very professional and friendly and we had good contact with the agent who was dealing with both our sale and purchase.
The only thing we had a problem with was we were not told about the offers on our flat until they had the highest one i understand they didn't want us jumping straight in at the first offer but it would have been nice to know we had them for our own peace of mind.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.Attached Filesnbsp;

As above. We consider that we were duped in to paying such a large fee. Never again, would I use them.
