We found that Douglas Allen in Basildon were the best agent we dealt with when selling our flat. They responded promptly to all calls, retrieved feedback from all viewers, and supported us through the incredibly stressful experience of selling our home. Chelsey in particular was fantastic - it was a great help to us to know that there was someone on the end of the line who we could ask advice and assistance from post-offer.
In all, we found the staff and the ethos of Douglas Allen to be professional and outstanding. I can't recommend them enough.

Sue, I really appreciate the feedback above, this shows that as Estate Agents we always try to go the extra mile by ensuring we are human and do deliver on the promises given. I am sure the marketing techinques not only helped yourselves, but can really stand our properties out from the competition, not only gaining a sale for the clients, but also achieving the best possible price.
